College student and known poker player Brian Hastings will be taking his final exam for Economics this coming Monday. He will surely try to study more for this subject because it’s the last exam for the semester but he will definitely have time to celebrate his unprecedented win in the online playing arena wherein he made history.

He shared his experience with Kristy Arnett – host of Card Player TV for their new Poker Buzz edition – regardless of his demanding schedule between school and at Full Tilt. Hastings described the hard work he gave to research more for his bout with Isildur1, the grounds for his triumph, and how he assessed the other players who have played with Isildur1 in the past.

Hastings also stated that during his six table match with Isildur1 playing $500-$1000 pot-Limit Omaha last Tuesday night he was not playing with much attention. And that was the reason that he was not worried about the results in the even that he loss a large amount of money.

He is known for not playing in high stakes games but he took the opportunity to test his skill against one of the prominent players online. He stated that his really comfortable with the idea since his friends Townsend and South already played against Isildur1.

Brian praised his friends for making him prepared for the fight with the controversial player. They aid him to perfect his abilities and know what kind of tactics he will use during the game. He is also amazed with Isildur1’s skill at the poker table. He said that he won because Isildur1 was already tired during their match and because he was given the best of cards simultaneously. He says he’s really satisfied with the way he played.

He also narrate that on the time of their 5-hour match that he’s opponent’s been playing for 9 hours before they played and because of that he had the advantage to win. He runs hot during those hours.
